The Kernewek Lowender Art Prize is renown as a prestigious award and exhibition.This will be the 44th year of the event and the Newbery Chemists Kernewek Lowender Art Prize and exhibition will again be a feature of the upcoming Kernewek Lowender Festival.The Art Prize is open to all artists with prize money totalling approximately $10,000. This includes the the following categories;

Open                     $5,000;

Watercolour          $1,000;

Acrylics & Oils     $1,000; 

Other Mediums     $1,000;

Local Artist           $1,000;

Hangers’ Prize         $750;

People’s Choice        $500.

Entries close on the 26th April 2019.

will be held at the Ascot Gallery on the

17th May at 7.00 pm

The exhibition will run till the 24th May.
